I'm a native Italian speaker who translates from English and Portuguese (PT/BR) to Italian. Before living in Milano, I lived in Lisbon, where I mixed my passion for foreign languages with my other interests, specializing in Literature, Video games, and Audiovisual Translation. I'm a Certified Translator from Linguist Training, an Accredited Examination Centre for the Chartered Institute of Linguists (CioL), and the Certified PRO Network.
I grew up surrounded by books, and working with literature is the fulfillment of a dream. I learned how to write, translate, and review contemporary novels. I promise the authors the production of an excellent literary piece, maintaining the original tone of the book and accomplishing the localization to my country. If I'm allowed to, I can also provide marketing tips on how to sell or present the books most engagingly.

* I have experience translating and proofreading Romantic/Erotic/Action romances. I also practiced the role of Project Manager and Supervisor for the Italian team.
I translated books by NY Times bestsellers such as Susan Stoker, Carly Phillips, Carrie Ann Ryan, Annie J Rose, and Leslie North.
Collaborating with several companies helped me acquire experience dealing with different authors, necessities, and even marketing tips.
* I've also worked with poetry (books and single poems) from Portuguese to Italian, learning to translate a different writing style.
* As an up-to-date expert linguist, I'm willing to help if you translate something with AI or MT and want to be sure that your work sounds natural and correct. Similar tools are being used more and more, but they still make big mistakes; it is always better to have a look!
